Own A Franchise

The etire American economy rests on the backs of small business. Unfortunately the failure rate of start-ups in business for 3 years is an astounding 80%. In franchising the success rate is 80% for the same time period due to the use of a proven system and the support and training provided. Each place of business is independently owned and operated.

Ours is a design/build, landscaping franchise. It is a two-year license to use (1) the registered trademark, "Birthflowers®" and to use (2) the patent pending system of design/build landscaping, the "Linton'sLine™" in your business in commerce; in return for the payment of a royalty on retail sales.

We believe this to be the singlemost fun business a person could be in. You easily meet and make friends with the most influential people in your community. You can enjoy working outside as you take part in the community beautification of your neighborhood and town. Franchising has proven to be the most successful way to begin a business because you start with a proven system of operations. Our annual $1,500 minimum royalty is paid against a royalty of 5.5% of total retail sales. You only pay for books and lodging during the intensive hands-on week long training trial that ends with a written test. This is the time where you and we decide whether or not to continue with licensing. You will learn business and technical landscaping procedure, including: marketing techniques, our patent pending construction system, how to draw a landscape plan, pruning methods, propagation systems, mistakes to avoid, etc. You are in business FOR yourself, but not BY yourself in promoting this book based brand.
